Hi Harish

As per my understanding

1. If any one of the phases closed it doesn't mean entire project is closed.
2. There may be multiple phases in a project, close project means conclusion of all phases as well as entire project. Hence, close phase is concerned only with that particular phase.
Hope it clarifies.

In a multi phased project, If any one of the phases of the project gets terminated/cancelled then
1) Does it mean the entire project is closed?
2) If the entire project is not closed will the close phase process group be different from close project process group?
