I read the Exam sample question and after clicking on the link to see the answer it says the correct answer is A, but then goes on to say that "Using a Cost Plus Incentive Fee contract will help you control the contractor."
So ... is the correct answer A or B? I was leaning toward B before I looked the answer and don't really want to have to micromanage any of my sub-contractors.
