habib	So to be clear, if there are two choices at closing project FOR LAST ACTIVITY ACTION TO BE DONE : 1- Archiving 2- lesson learned which one we choose ?? Thanks,

Cecil D'Souza	I think the last step in project closure is releasing the team. Till such time, the project manager may need the team for any other activities related to closure - documentation, archiving etc. That is what I believe.
