My understanding is OPA's are a company's policy, processes, procedures, templates, documents, historical info
EEF - Systems ( PMIS, schedulling tool), The market, external factors outside the organziation, stakeholders risk tolerance, and now learned it holds training info on stakeholders.
is there anything I have missed? All of this info was from exams from PMP simulator...
