Hello Cornelius,

I have some below doubts from the Head first questions. Request you to review them.

1. if the client terminates the project early, which should be done first?
a. document lesson learned
b. Update project management plan

2. Which of the following is NOT included in a cost of quality calculation?
A Team members’ time spent finding and repairing defects
B Quality managers’ time spent writing quality standards
C Project managers’ time spent creating the project management plan
D Team members’ time spent reviewing specifications, plans and other documents

I am not able to uderstand why D is the correct answer? The explanation mentions that D is the option given for the efforts to build the product and hence not a cost of quality.

3. Is Peer Review a tool for project selection?

4. Is CPFF a more risk to Buyer than T&M? According to Rita, it is true but I got the question wrong on head first

Appreciate if you can resolve my doubts.

Thanks
Sushil
