I'm preparing the PMP exam using the PMpodcast, but I've not yet covered all the material provided.

I found in other posts that people have used a "braindump sheet" for their exam. I'd like to ask:
1) is this practice is permitted in the real exam?
2) where could I find a ready-made braindump sheet?
thank you

Please read this article that I wrote about this topic:

You cannot bring the sheet with you. You have to memorize it and take 10 minutes at the start of your exam to write it down on the notepaper that is provided to you.
