Some of the interviews that we have from students who have passed the PMP exam are from a couple of years ago. So the "page 70" reference was a reference to the "old" PMBOK Guide.
In the current version, this is on page 43.

Note: Even though the interviews with the students are based on the old PMBOK Guide, their experience and advice is still valid. It doesn't really matter what books people used to study. It's the process and the experience that we focused on in those interviews that is important.

In the prepcast as well as some of the interviews, page 70 of the PMBOK guide is mentioned as a 'must know'. In my guide, page 70 is a blank page. I checked the PDF page numbers and the actual guide page numbers.
Does this refer to the table with the processes divided in the knowledge areas (Table 3.1 - Project Management Process Groups and Knowledge Area Mapping)?
