The answer is Yes. Go ahead a list all the projects that you must list for your application even if they overlap. The online application system will calculate the "non overlapping" time automatically.
But don't forget: Even if you have overlapping projects... the maximum time you should work every week is only 40-50 hours. So no 80 hour work weeks...
For the eligibility requirements, I understand that I need 36 months of non-overlapping project management experience. On the online application, can I still list projects that overlap? If so, do I report the start and end date according to my project or I have to do subtract the overlapping months?
