Hi everyone,

I’m a few days out from my PMP exam and trying to fine-tune my review. For those who’ve taken it recently—how common were critical path calculation questions? Did you see more than one?

I just finished a course where most of my time was used drilling critical path formulas, but from what I’ve been reading here, it doesn’t seem to come up as often on the actual exam.

At this point, I’m just trying to figure out how much focus it deserves in these final days. Appreciate any insights!

Hey Brian,

I have not taken the exam super recent (1 year ago), but from my experience there was only 1 question related to critical path.

If you understand the high level concept of identifying the critical path and recognizing when something deviates from it, then you should be good to go. Not many calculations were on the test during my exam.
