Sharing in case it helps someone else. I was deep into Process Groups and ITTO memorization when the 2026 ECO dropped.

Here's what I changed:

1. Less ITTO memorization, more focus on principles and mindset. ITTOs still matter but application matters more now.

2. Paying way more attention to Business Environment – it jumped from 8% to 26% of the exam .

3. Practicing case study questions with a timer. The new question types mean reading speed matters more now.

4. Still using PrepCast for now, but supplementing with the free 2026 ECO crosswalk I found on PMI's site.

5. Shifting from "what process group am I in?" to "what value am I delivering?"

I'm still nervous but feel less lost. Anyone else want to share what's working for them?
