TOPIC: Request for Course upgrade with discount (Suscription in 4-July-2025)

Hello ,

I have purchased the PM Precast course in 4-July-2025 . Due to my full-time job i didn't use the simulator even though i have activated the access that is now finished . My actual status is that i just complete the whole material revisison but i need to use the simulator to practice what i have learned .

I was thinking about purchasing the upgrade for Course but with the discount , since i have not passed my PMP yet .

However , im surprised that the discount is only for the subscription starting from 9-July 2025 ( 4 days later to mine ) . Is thare any possibility to get a discount please ?

Or the only solution right now is to purchase the whole new course ?
