TOPIC: Google PM Course on Coursera – Enough for PMP Prep?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working through the project management certificate from Google on Coursera and I’m about halfway done. I started it since I already had access, but now I’m wondering if it’s actually sufficient preparation for the PMP.

For those who’ve taken this route, is this enough on its own, or should I be supplementing with other materials before sitting for the PMP? Any advice would be helpful.

You should absolutely supplement any learning with active test-practice. For an exam like the PMP, practice makes perfect.
Taking multiple tests will help you understand which areas you need more focussed study in, and will ultimately boost your own confidence and level of preparedness for the actual exam.
