That question can only be answered by you. The constant in the question is the knowledge that the exam will change in mid 2026, it will be different, and there is nothing you can do about it. Wringing your hands over it will not change that fact. If you wait until the change, you will be subjected to the change - meaning it will almost certainly be "The Devil You Don't Know."
Did you review your exam evaluation? What areas are you weak in. If it's several, you probably don't know the material as well as you think you do. Are you using the exam similar from Prepcast? If so, what are your full exam scores? (Greater than 80% on full exams is generally a good indicator that you will do well on the PMI PMP Exam - less than that and it's a firm "maybe.")
Always - the current exam is based off the current Exam Content Outline from PMI. Follow that. Use an Exam Simulator to drill the knowledge. ITTOs are "always there" but have been more in the background than they were in 2019 when I took the exam. You have to understand them, but you won't get a lot of questions asking for specific ITTOs. I don't know what you mean by studying "mindset" - I view those as project management principles rolled up into the PMBOK's Domans in whatever format it's being packaged in currently.
The "can't afford another fail" is a bit hyperbolic. If by "afford" you mean money - you certainly can afford that if you budget well. If by "afford" you mean your current employer will fire you - that's a separate issue. Also, you may be inflicting pressure/anxiety on yourself, which is also a separate issue.
