Chetan,

There is one important criteria to understand right now: The PMP exam is NOT changing until July of 2026. (PMI has not given an exact date.)

This means: If you take the PMP Exam before July 2026, then you will be taking it based on the 2022 structure. So all our training materials (exam simulator, PrepCast, etc.) are fully compliant.

We are planning on updating everything for the new/coming exam. But just like PMI, we do not have an exact launch date.

So for now... use the current materials. They are for the current exam.

The PMI website is currently referring to PMBOK guide 8th edition. The course is referring to PMBOK guide 6th and 7th edition. I understand that the PMP exam is not based on PMBOK only but is there any updated version of the PrepCast course for 2026 PMP exam takers? The PrepCast course also refers to taking PMP exam in 2022. Is the PMP exam similar in 2026 kinds similar to 2022 or evolved drastically?
