It's my understanding that PMI-accepted 35-hour training has had the curriculum (and maybe the format/presentation) rigidly structured by PMI. There was a big kerfuffle about 5-6 years ago when PMI stepped in to structure what is "acceptable" to them to meet the requirements. With that in mind, I'm not sure could measure what is "best" or even "better than the rest." Some of the other mods with better knowledge should chime in here.
I can say, however, that the PrepCast exam simulator is the best product on the market. PrepCast has spent considerable resources to keep it relevant, functioning and a product that produces high value for the individual consuming it.
