What is changing?
On December 26, 2025, the personalized RSS feeds that power podcast-style access to our video lessons and webinars will stop working. After this date, you will no longer be able to download or stream our lessons through podcast apps. All access to watch the lessons will be exclusively through our Learning Management System (LMS).
Why this is happening?
Since we launched our first PMP training in 2009, we have used the Nanacast service to provide each customer with a personalized RSS feed. This made it possible to download lessons to a mobile device and watch them anywhere and anytime. Nanacast has now informed us that they will cease operations on December 26, 2025. When Nanacast shuts down, all personalized RSS feeds will permanently stop functioning. (Please note that we were informed only a few days ago that Nanacast is shutting down, and their timeline took us by surprise.)
Your access to your training continues without interruption
The good news is that even though Nanacast is shutting down, your access to the training products you purchased remains intact through our Learning Management System (LMS). Only the podcast-style delivery method is ending. Access duration in the LMS depends on the specific product you bought - typically your access ends automatically 12-18 months after your original purchase date.
To continue watching your lessons, simply log in to our LMS at
www.pm-prepcast.com/login
and once logged in you will see a listing of your available courses. Click on the desired course to watch the videos.

If you want to keep videos inside your podcast app
If you prefer having the lessons stored on your device, we recommend using your podcast app’s “download all” feature
at least three days before December 26.
Please note:
- Whether downloaded files continue to play after December 26 depends on your app.
- Some apps allow continued playback. Others block access once a feed stops working.
- Our videos are large files, so please download only when connected to WIFI.

Products affected by this change
The ability to download lessons through a podcast app ends for:
- The PM PrepCast (PMP exam prep course)
- The PM PrepCast for CAPM
- The PDU Podcast (all bundles and packages)
- AI for Project Managers
- PrepCast Leadership Academy webinars
- Mastering Business Analysis webinars
PDU reporting and certificates are not affected.

Replacement for the RSS feeds
We are evaluating options for a new download-friendly system. We expect this to take some months, and we do not anticipate a replacement before July 1, 2026. We will update this notice when more information becomes available.
