It depends on your learning style. Rita has been very popular for years, but it is mostly if you're good at sitting down with a book and studying traditionally. If you think you have the discipline and time for it, then it is a fine resource.
One issue I find is that there is a lot of typos in her book. Not a great look for professionalism.
Most people I've seen have said her books may be outdated or that the learning style is outdated also. Honestly, if you study anything consistently then you should do fine on the test. If her study style works for you, then go for it.
