I’m currently managing a small project and would like to implement a proper status reporting process. I’m looking for a template that’s simple but effective, and ideally includes the key elements expected in a professional setting.

If anyone can recommend a format or share what they typically include in their status reports (such as progress updates, risks, milestones, or stakeholder notes), I’d really appreciate it.
