"Good" is subjective and in the eyes of the beholder. There are a ton of videos on YouTube that explain Agile project management, comparisons to Scrum and Waterfall and various methodologies.
The class I took barely covered Agile, and reading through the Agile Practice Guide and my Crosswinds book helped a bit, but I still feel like I’m missing something.
I learn better when things are explained, so I’m hoping to find some solid YouTube videos that walk through Agile concepts clearly. If you’ve got any favorites or channels that helped you understand the flow and mindset, I’d really appreciate it.
