The PrepCast is one of the best resources. I think the best way would be Agile for Dummies, taking the Agile concepts, and trying to see how they fit into what you do every day. After learning about the concepts, I found that I have been practicing Agile for a long time, even though my work environment is also Waterfall.

I would have to agree with Elena that PMP Prepcast is great for practicing and testing Agile concepts. I also found alot of good Youtube resources as well that you can search and look through. I personally used "200 PMP Agile Question".

I’ve found PMP PrepCast really valuable because it covers both predictive and Agile approaches in depth. More importantly, it helps you learn how to think the way PMP exam questions are structured, not just memorize theory.

If you’re looking for practice, their PMP Exam Simulator is excellent — the wording and logic of the questions are very close to the real exam. I’d say it’s one of the best tools to build confidence with Agile-heavy scenarios.

Hello! I’ve been working in project environments that lean heavily on Predictive and Hybrid approaches, so I feel pretty solid there. But Agile? That’s where I need to level up.

I’m prepping for the PMP and want to make sure I’m not caught off guard by Agile-heavy questions. If you’ve got any go-to resources, videos, or apps that helped you get the hang of Agile concepts, I’d love to hear about them.

Free stuff is great, but I’m open to paid tools if they’re worth it. Just trying to round out my prep and avoid surprises on exam day.
