I prefer Youtube for what you're describing. I was very much in a similar situation as I was preparing for my exam as well. I was easily commuting for up to 4 hours a day and felt it could be very valuable to study. I would search Youtube for "PMP test prep Questions "videos, as there are a ton of great ones. As Harry referenced you want to find content that aligns with the PMBOK. You can validate this by ensuring the content reference pages in the PMBOK for reference when it provides you answers. Good luck on your journey.
I did waste the money on a couple back in 2019 and it was just that - a waste. I tried two mobile exam simulators and found they were terrible in terms of giving the wrong answers (meaning answers that did not align with the PMBOK Guide). A lot has changed since I took the exam, but it may be just a trial/error thing.
I’ve got my exam coming up soon and spend a lot of time commuting, so I figured I should use that time to prep more seriously.
For anyone who’s studied on the go, what’s the most helpful app you’ve used? I’ve seen a few paid ones floating around, but I’d rather not waste money testing random options.
