This is such an interesting topic!
I realise I was unconsciously doing some of the "Agile" things like paring down a product to its bare bones (sort of like an MVP) and having continuous feedback loops with end users to shape its evolution, although we never called it Agile!
I have found that I may be applying Agile since I focus on servant leadership style of management in a field which generally adopts a top-down approach. I also prefer to improve and adapt new processes rather than accepting the old procedures as set in stone.
Agile principles is fairly new to me but it's wild how familiar some of it feels. I thought daily check-ins, adapting to change, and focusing on team collaboration was just norms but actually maps to the frameworks.
Were there specific Agile practices you were unknowingly applying? Let’s talk about it!
