We’re polling everyone who has taken their PMP exam recently. PMI appears to be sliding the term "linear project management" into questions where you might expect to see “predictive” or “waterfall,” and we want to know how often it really shows up. If you passed in the last few months, please share:
  • Which question format you saw it in (scenario, matching, drag-and-drop)
  • Any trigger words or context you remember
  • Whether the term caught you off guard or made perfect sense
Need a review before you take your exam? Our new article breaks down the definition, shows where “linear” fits in the life-cycle family, lists exam cue words, and includes a practice scenario.
