Hello Eidriana,

There are many free and easy ways to earn PDU's and PMi is fairly lenient on what they will accept. Anything from attending structured courses to reading a book counts on this goal. You can self-report reading a book and state how it has helped you towards project management and how long it took to read. You can also watch free YouTube videos and self-report the PDU's. It is also beneficial to join your local PMI chapter and take advanatge of the many free courses they provide.

If you look at the top of the page, there is also a button which says "Free" which provides you with many options.

Hi Eidriana,
There are a few options out there:
1. As others have suggested - if you have a PMI membership, there are many educational videos that are free to view. I believe there may still be a limited number of videos you can access even if you do not have an active membership but can still login to PMI and check.
2. There are a number of podcasts by Cornelius that are free to view (also, as suggested by others on this thread).
3. You could try searching online for more content creators - just make sure they are a legitimate content creator with the right credentials or an RRP with PMI.
I sometimes follow podcasts from Scott Bain, who works with PMI and has a lot of experience in the Agile space. Sharing a website for reference: www.buzzsprout.com/2329657/episodes

I am sure you can find more people who create relevant content to follow if you search online. Good luck!

Yes! There are definitely some free resources on PM PrepCast that you could try. I recommend checking out their training lessons—you get worksheets, guide lessons, and more all with no charge. I found their free practice exams to be helpful as well in refreshing and sharpening my PM knowledge and . Hope this helps you out! Goodluck with the renewal.

There's a PM Podcase run by Cornelius on Spotify. You can subscribe and listen to a boat load of podcasts. I think they are free. You can also go to your library and check out PM books to read.

Good luck!

Hi Eidriana,

If you hadn't asked for free material only, I would have recommended the PDU Package by PrepCast. ;)

Are you a PMI Member with a current subscription?
If so, visit www.projectmanagement.com ; there, you will find hundreds of on-demand webinars covering your needs.

BR,

Markus

Hi everyone! I'm a seasoned marketer currently working on renewing my PMP certification. Unfortunately, I'm a bit tight on my spending at the moment but does PM PrepCast offer free lessons or resources that could help with my renewal process? If you've used other free materials, I'd love to hear your thoughts and recommendations!

Thanks in advance for your help!
