I am a 'Design Program Manager' where I have been leading design projects in a centralized system for the last 3 years and previously, UX writing projects for 9 years prior. We very much follow a project management framework in our design projects. However, I am overcome with sudden doubt that this will enable me to qualify although I do pretty much all the parts outlined in the exam outline - but some aspects fall under the role of the product manager who is treated as a 'stakeholder'. I was seeking PMP to formalize this technical experience of mine and branch beyond design should I want to in the future.

Please help!

@Sherry

It's almost impossible for anyone but yourself to determine if your experience qualifies or not. But... I have a video that might help:

Do I qualify for the PMP Exam?

It's a 5-step process and step 4 is the important one. So fast forward to 18 minutes and follow my recommendations.
