One tip if you plan on taking the exam again at a centre: make sure you visit the centre well in advance of your exam date to make sure the centre suits your needs. It seems like you work best in a quiet and calm environment, so you should find a centre that offers that environment for you. Some people do well under pressure and with surrounding distractions, so maybe this is one of the reasons the centre is still operational. There may not have been enough claims against the centre to have them change their environment or shut them down entirely.

We're very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Did you log an issue with the exam center?

I would like to share my experience on PrersonVue exam center in Paris. Too noisy! More than 100 door openings during the exam (my place was closed to door), different simultaneous voices (window open), chairs noise on wooden floor, different exams in the same room so people are making too much noise. Let say a room too small, noisy and not apropriated at all to the PMP exam regarding the exam price and exam level.
I didn’t passed the test (2nd exam). 30 suestions not answered at all.
Did someone else experience it?
Thanks for sharing!
