The answer to the following question es 17. I think I know why but I am not sure if my answer is logical. Can someone explain the reasons. The book does not explain it. Thanks!

Activity X is 14 days and there is a 13-day lag. The best-case time to complete Activity X and Activity Y is 30 days. What is the duration of Y if there is a finish-to-finish relationship?
