Hello Susan. I think the real life application of this is correct: when you're executing, you're doing the processes and procedures.

My understanding is that when you're in Execute Quality, you are concerned with the processes and procedures of quality management and when you're controlling quality, you're concerned with deliverables . So, in the other knowledge areas, when you're executing, are you also concerned with processes and prodedures, or is that focus more specific to quality managment?
