In PMP Examination Content Outline Damain II,
Task 6: Estimate project tasks (milestones, dependencies, story points)
Task 8: Determine and prioritize requirements
 Break down scope (e.g., WBS, backlog)
I understand that we should first determine the requirements and breakdown the scope then wen can estimate project tasks. Is. If this is the case, why in ECO estimating tasks is preceding determining requirements?
