Do we just assume that it is predictive? Or would the correct answer be one that recommends an agile method?

Taylor, I would try to deduce from the scenario what approach is being used. The answers can also give you a clue. You'll want to pick the best answer for the scenario, and if you don't know if it's agile or predictive, you can still pick the best answer.
