I'm reading the Agile Practice Guide and get very confused about the differences of the two.
At first, I thought the 'iteration' of Agile have to the same and each 'round' of Incremental could be different length. Then I saw 'Flow-Based Agile' and found Agile could have different length for each iteration too.
What are the main differences then? Mayb Agile require prioritizing the backlog first?
