With the 2021 changes I'm trying to understand how the 10 minute breaks work.

Are they:
180 questions in 230 minutes + 2 10 minute breaks = total exam of 250 minutes
OR
180 questions in 210 minutes + 2 10 minute breaks = total exam of 230 minutes
