I cannot say how exactly it compares, but here are two comments from those who attended my live session on Facebook this morning:

"I would recommend the PM PrepCast Booster course. It goes over the concepts really well. The PMI bridge course (that I also took) test more of your knowledge on situational scenarios"

Thank you for responding. I attended your live session. It was very informative. I have a lot of study material and I'm running short on time. Just wanted to see if the two booster courses were the same. I'll need to look into the course. Thank you
