Hi Cornelius,

the source is Rita Mulchay's Fastrack, I asked for your opinion since I agree on option D but I found a different opinion and was a bit confused.

Thanks a lot!

Andrea,

You did not share with us from where this question comes. Please include a source when posting questions. And if you know the source then it is always best to contact that person directly and learn from them what their answer and logic is.

To me personally, D is the best answer. It's best to address this issue directly with the individual. Anything else will just drag the problem out and not lead to a resolution.

Hello,

I have a doubt on the following question because I've found a different answer and motivation.

When checking the calendar of a team member to schedule a
meeting, you see she has scheduled a meeting with a key stakeholder that
you were not informed of. The best approach would be to:
A. Avoid mentioning it to the team member but continue to watch her activities
B. Notify your boss about the problem
C. Address the concern with the team member’s boss
D. Address the concern with the team member

I'd choose option D, to approach directly the issue finding the root cause, but I've found different point of view that says that B is the best one because in this case the meeting is with a key stakeholder so I have to inform my boss in transparent way and share with him the right approach
