TOPIC: Do you use PMIS to update the schedule every time you use fast tracking?

Do you use PMIS to update the schedule every time you use fast tracking? I don't see the connection as a "must." Would update the schedule be sufficient if I use fast tracking?


I think I figured it out. The answer is update schedule. They threw in PMIS just for extra wording.

Update the schedule: fast tracking is a way of managing the schedule. You can't do fast tracking unless you use/update your schedule. PMIS is just a generic term for software.
