I believe your only recourse is to contact PMI and explain the case to them. The result of "fail" is probably an automatic function of PearsonVue so don't get too wrapped up around that. Realistically, you will have to take the entire exam again, but if you contact PMI, perhaps the first exam will not count against you in the 3-fail count.
hello, I would like to ask advise for my exam.
- i have taken and the system went down i was at 120/200 yet the protor ask me to reboot and the system is gone.
The VUE told me that they would revert me for update for the inbetsigation, but today i got the result of fail.
Pls enlighten me the correct process the VUE says they will escalate andwill revert me but PMI says i fail considering I took only 50% of the questiona and time.
