Thank you for the detailed response. I'll remember now that timeboxing is a "a concept of putting a limit to an activity." That definitely clears it up. Thanks!

Timeboxing is a concept, for example daily standups are generally of 15 minute duration so we can say that we have "timeboxed" the daily standups to 15 minutes.
Similarly other Scrum ceremonies like Sprint/Iteration planning, Sprint/Iteration Review & Retrospectives are all "timeboxed" to 1 week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks so timeboxing is a concept of putting a limit to an activity.

On page 182 of the PM BOK for release and iteration length. I saw a question in prepcast that gave a scenario and timebox was the answer. So I'm wondering if a time box is considered 1 iteration or can you have more than 1 timebox per iteration.
