Hi,

I will take my exam online at home. So I will be proctered during this.

What I am allowed to "do"?

A colleague of me did this a few weeks before and he talked to himself for better understanding. He was warned and told to stop this.

I am nervous during tests. Am I allowed to have f.e. my hand at my face or similar? Or stretch myself from time to time? 4h will be long...

I am afraid of trying to be inconspicuous and get the opposite effect :-)

I would recommend you reach out to Pearson Vue on their policies and what you're allowed to do. In my experience you cannot stand up to stretch outside of your 10 minute break. If you have your hand near your face you will be asked to move it and refrain from doing so. Talking out loud is not permitted either. They are good about warning you though. I was able to stretch my legs under the table and stretch my neck occasionally with no issues.
