Hello Tamika,

glad to hear you find the PMPrepCast Exam Simulator helpful for your study!
I understand ITTOs can be concerning, but rest assured there is no need for you to memorize them. My recommendation is to try to get a better understanding of the rationale behind them, especially those specific of a given process — while you will notice that some ITTOs are common to many processes. When I focused on the ITTOs characterizing a given process, I asked myself the following questions:
  • What do I get from this process? These are its outputs
  • What do I need to get there? These are the inputs
  • How do I process these elements (i.e., the inputs) to obtain the expected outputs? These are the tools and techniques

Hope this helps,

Gabriella

Hi! I am studying to take the PMP 2020 exam an the Simulator is GREAT; however, is there a quicker trick to learning the ITTOs? The ITTOs are my main point of concern. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
