Hello,

I was wondering how the Stakeholder Engagement Plan can be an Input to the Identify Stakeholders process, when the Stakeholder Engagement Plan is the main output of the next process, Plan Stakeholder Engagement. Is this similar to the Change Requests output for the Identify Stakeholders process, where this only happens after the first iteration of identifying stakeholders?

My thinking is that during the Identify Stakeholders process, the Stakeholder Engagement Plan wouldn't be developed yet. Can someone clarify?

Thank you,

Hi Andrew,
I guess that this means that the stakeholder engagement plan is input to any iteration of the identify stakeholders that occur after the plan is available. Since identify stakeholders is a process that occurs throughout the project lifecycle more iterations are likely to take place
Hope it helps
