I would have two entries, one for each company. And detail your responsibilities for each specific entry (your time at each company). But you should also direct this question to PMI to ensure they are aligned with that approach.

I am filling my PMP application. I worked on a project at client place as a contractor from company A for 3 years. Then I changed the company to company B. But the client and the project remained same.
Now while filling the application, should I add another experience and just change the company name? Please advise
