Of the two available options which is preferred as first step to be done?
1) Update Issue Log
2) Inform stakeholder immediately

I am inclined to choose to Update Issue Log since as the PM, it is your role to manage the project (and issues) and not go running to your stake holders with every little thing

I too am more inclined to issue log, but the eduhubspot test i took chose the stakeholder option
