Hi Deepti,

I think the correct answer is (3) because risks are prioritized during the qualitative risk analysis. Here, the probability of occurrence of risks is expressed in a scale (one to five for example).
If the sponsor asks for a more stringent analysis, then the quantitative risk analysis can be used. Here, the probability of occurrence of risks is expressed in percentages.

Your sponsor is not happy with the process you have used to prioritize risks. She wants you to use more stringent ways to re-prioritize risks and come back to her.
which process are you currently in.

1) identify risks
2) perform quantitative risk analysis
3) perform qualitative risk analysis
4) monitor risks

The correct answer is 2. I chose 4. My logic was they are doing risk audit, and have discovered issue with the process of risk prioritization as a result of the same. I agree next process because of sponsors demand would be answer 2. But question asked which process are you currently in
