Vani Joshi	I understand from PMBOK that the resources are required at the time of estimation itself. Do we really estimate based on skillset / available resources ? I thought this should be a part of Develop Schedule rather than estimation. (Referring to Page 198 of PMBOK) Can someone help me out here?
