In some questions I have seen staff as being used instead of team, For e.g. below.
I had selected CR's as CR is also an o/p from this process, but the correct answer is B. My logic was, in PMBOK option b is not listed. Please let me know if similar situation arises what do I do?

A project manager is in the Acquire project team process and is trying to secure the best possible resources to build a project team for carrying out the project activities efficiently. What will be the output of this process?
SELECT THE CORRECT ANSWER
A. Resource management plan
B. Project staff assignments
C. Team performance assessments
D. Change requests

Hi Deepti,

I think that, in terms of meaning, both refer to the same thing. However, as far as the PMP exam is concerned, you may want to use the appropriate terminology following the PMBOK Guide and refer to this project document as "Project Team Assignments".
