I am taking my exam in 2 days. The sequence that I follow which worked for all the questions for me was
1. Document the change/submit change request. This justifies PM working on the change.
2. Update change log
3. Analyze the impact.
4. Present to CCB/ submit to CCB for decision
5. Communicate decision to stakeholders
6. Update Proj documents/ Plans based on CCB decision
7. Implement Change in Direct and Manage Proj work.
8. Verify change in Control Quality
Note:
- Approved change is also input to Control procurement if change is related to supplier/ vendor deliverable.
- In above process after step 5 in some question the proj manager is newly appointed situation is given. In such senario Check change management plan may also be given as option. Depends on the question.
