TOPIC: I purchased The PM PrepCast Elite PLUS but not PM exam simulator

Hi All

I already purchased The PM PrepCast Elite PLUS but I cannot see Exam prep simulator. Is anyone happen like this?
Once I click on the prepcast simulator. it will show I am not subscribe product.

Please advise.
