Yes.
Compare page 6 of the PMP Handbook to the PMI-ACP Handbook and you will see that you need a minimum of
-- "36 months / 4,500 hours of leading and directing projects" for PMP
-- "1,500 hours (8 months) working on project teams using agile methodologies" for PMI-ACP. Additionally, the experience for PMI -ACP has to be within the last three years.
So yes... if 1,500 hours from your PMP application experience match the needs for the PMI-ACP application, then they can be the same.
