Hi Nidhi. Alhtough an interesting question, for the purposes of the ACP Exam, the differences between the two are not relevant. What is worth spending time on in preparation for the ACP Exam is immersing yourself in the "Agile Mindset."

For example, one of the DoI value includes, "We unleash creativity and innovation by recognizing that individuals are the ultimate source of value, and creating an environment where they can make a difference," while the 5th principle of the Agile Manifesto states "Build projects around motivated individuals. Give them the environment and support they need, and trust them to get the job done."

In both principles, the focus is people, which is one of the key pillars of the Agile Manifesto values. So, when presented with two options on the exam that are really close (and you will see ALOT of questions like that), think back to the Agile Manifesto values and principles for guidance on the correct answer. Remember, focus is on the "Agile Mindset" and embodying the principles and values. Do this and you'll do well on the exam.

This topic has two questions:
1. Agile Manifesto has already written 12 Principles. So what was the need for writing the "The Declaration of Interdependence"
2. How "The Declaration of Interdependence" different from the 12 Principles - as the underlying concept behind the two are the same.
