TOPIC: Out of date content

Hello guys. I'm in the scrum part of the prepcast and I heard a part where the instructor says that the scrum team is from 5 to 9 members. As I know, the last revision of the scrum guide has changed this range to 3 to 9. Please correct me if I am wrong but I thing that part of the content is out of date. I also heard that scrum is a method when the scrum guide says that is a framework.
